Empowering The Body To Heal Itself

This class is designed to introduce interested people to the Usui Reiki Ryoho Healing System and help prepare individuals to enter into the Reiki I & II training.

WHAT WILL BE COVERED IN THE CLASS: In this 2 1/2 hour class you will learn the basics of Reiki, its origin and evolution in the United States, as well as background on Reiki Master, Kisma Reidling.

You will receive a Reiki I Attunement, followed by performing Reiki on self. Receiving a Reiki I Attunement at this time will help you begin to "feel" the energy, though you will not receive any Reiki symbols or other materials at this time. Time will be given to practice with the Reiki energy. Handouts are included in class.

Large classes will be held in Costa Mesa. Small classes will be held in Newport Beach. Class location & directions will be emailed to students upon registration.

COST OF CLASS An Introduction To Reiki class is only $25.00. Individuals may take this class as many times as they would like to repeatedly receive the Reiki I Attunement, practice Reiki on others & self to grow more confident in their ability to feel the Reiki energy. Note: one is not required to take the Introduction Class before registering for Reiki I.
